Foreskin is coming nicely and bunching up behind the glans. I keep the glans covered while I sleep with a silicone baby bottle nipple that I adapted for the job by cutting off the nipple and the large ring. Tugger about 4-hrs a day.

Will, continue — initial gains were faster and now seem to be more gradual. Maybe, the extra skin allows more length. Either way, I know it now works and wish others would input their data. I really thought this was a pipe dream and another money scam!

I have not purchased any brand name pills. I research the brand name pill ingredients and many other sites that contain proven studies on herbs.

I use many herbs — the ones that work for me — L-Arginine — 2-grams a day in the evening — Horney Goat Weed Complex — for blood flow. For energy I am using —- Catuaba Bark — Ginkgo Biloba and Long Jax (Eurycoma) — I use the Swansons site Passion blends.

Started using Mega Tribulus Extract — unknown effects.

There is so many things I do different than most other people — no fast food — a lot of raw foods — many herbs and a good vitamin. Garlic — Cayenne — D-2000 iu — 2-grams of C and minerals 1200 mg of Calcium and the same amount of Magnesium. I use Xylitol now for my teeth and mix it with Hydrogen Peroxide and Baking Soda as my tooth paste.

The Xylitol has helped me lose weight and I can see all of my penis now — maybe this helps it look larger ?

Yes, about 3/4″ to 7/8″ gain. This is measured stretched — wife has not noticed. Around 1/2″ inch hard and about that soft. The rapid gains have stopped and stretched length has remained the same for the past two weeks — maybe this is all, will continue experiment.

Also, have started to restore my foreskin — this is working well with home made items — they look like the tugger and the baby bottle nipple device seen on many web sites. Keep the head covered at night — have noticed some sliding action — feels good — hope to regain more sensitivity once glans remains fully covered and stays moist and soft.

Still use vacuum pump between extender sessions for blood flow and girth.

I use a penis pump and it works great for girth — my time frame is years on and off. I own three tubes and use a 1-1/2 inch tube for stretching 1-hour. Then a 2-1/2 inch tube for girth 1-hr. The trick is steady moderate vacuum for first hour, rest 20-minutes and then the same vacuum for another hour. Takes time for the tissue to fill — a higher vacuum will just cause pain and a wierd deformed penis. If the pumping session is too long — sex is almost impossible as the erection is soft and too large — will not fit most women and tight anal sex is out.

I take herbs for blood flow and general health and they do seem to help in that respect, however, my penis has not grown from the pills. Better erections, maybe, exercise and the the mood of my partner seems to help most.

I would like to hear from men who have tried the penis extenders and find the real story !
